She integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). With over two decades of experience across corporate, higher education, medical, and mental health settings, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
